This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date indicated above, between High Risk Tactics International ("HRT", the Disclosing Party) and the party identified above (the Receiving Party). Both parties wish to explore a potential training program engagement and may exchange confidential information in connection therewith.
For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" means any and all non-public information disclosed by HRT to the Receiving Party, whether orally, visually, in writing or in any other form, including but not limited to:

The obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to information that:
Nothing in this Agreement grants the Receiving Party any licence, right, title or interest in or to any Confidential Information or any intellectual property of HRT. All training materials, methodologies, content and branding remain the exclusive property of High Risk Tactics International.
Upon written request by HRT, or upon termination of the business relationship, the Receiving Party shall promptly return or certifiably destroy all Confidential Information and any copies thereof in its possession, and confirm such destruction in writing within 10 business days.
This Agreement shall be effective from the date stated above and shall remain in force for a period of three (3) years, unless terminated earlier by mutual written consent. Obligations regarding specific Confidential Information shall survive termination for the duration specified above.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to HRT's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. Any amendment must be in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
