What HRT is
High Risk Tactics is a private training operation built around a single lead instructor with Special Forces background and 15+ years of operational experience. The deliberate choice not to scale the instructor pool keeps every program close to the source, with a consistent technical standard and no franchise-style drift.
The training portfolio is two-tracked: civilian (open enrolment, structured ladder, public dates) and professional (closed unit programs, NDA, on-site delivery). Both tracks share the same fundamental syllabus and the same safety standard.
The standard
Skills are evaluated by one criterion: can the participant repeat them, safely, six months after the course, on their own range, with their own gear? Anything that fails that test does not enter the syllabus — no matter how good it looks on video.
What HRT is not
HRT is not a YouTube channel. It is not a hat brand. It is not a weekend operator factory. There is no "level up to operator" path. There is a syllabus, a ladder, and a structured progression — and that is the only product on offer.
Civilian track
The civilian track is the entry point for most participants. It starts with safety and fundamentals, moves through dynamic shooting and low-light, and culminates in scenario-based self-defence training. The whole track can be travelled in 6–12 months at a normal weekend training cadence.
Professional track
The professional track delivers closed programs for law enforcement units, government agencies and vetted security teams. Every program is built from scratch around the client's mandate, infrastructure and current capability. NDA, scoping, design, delivery, written reporting — full lifecycle.
Where we operate
HRT is based in Poland with primary delivery on private ranges in central and southern Poland. Off-site delivery is available in selected EU and non-EU jurisdictions for closed groups and unit programs. Languages of delivery: English, Polish, German.
